Room Pricing & Required Services

Prices may vary, dependent on the different food and beverage packages chosen for each event. Prices are also dependent on the size of the party and the implementation of Courtyard D’ORO’s services. Evening prices reflect a typical five-hour period. Any time desired above the five-hour period is billed at an additional hourly rate.

Friday: For events with 50 to 75 guests, please ask for special pricing

Saturday: $1,850
Sunday: $1,400

The above rental rates reflect the use of the banquet room and the Courtyard only.

18% Service charge plus the current sales tax applies to all subsequent items when paying with cash or check
An additional 3% charge will apply when paying by credit card

Courtyard D’ORO Required Services

When booking Courtyard D’ORO for your event, Courtyard D’ORO requires the use of our service staff, beverage service, and chef. To see sample menus and bar service offered – go to the Menus and Pricing page.

Banquet Room Set-up

BUFFET RENTALS $9.50 per guest
Includes interior tables, interior chairs, standard table linen and standard napkins in white, ivory or black, flatware, dinner plate, water goblet, as well as set-up and break down of interior tables.

SIT DOWN RENTALS $10.50 per guest
Includes interior tables, interior chairs, standard table linen and standard napkins in white, ivory or black, flatware, dinner plate, water goblet, as well as set-up and break down of interior tables.

Additional Items

  • Cocktail Tables (3 included at No Charge)         $15.00 each additional table (up to 7 Total)
  • Security Service $250.00 (for 5 Hours) (required on all events)
  • Ceremonial Chairs $3.25 per guest (Optional)
  • Ceremonial Arch $100.00 (Optional)
